Starting out
Joining, trial and what to wear
Can we try a class first?
Yes. Try two weeks first. The first two weeks are paid as normal classes, so you can see if it's the right fit before you carry on.
How do we join?
Send an enquiry, or call or WhatsApp 07793 722 339. Miss Jenna replies, then sends a short registration form and a Direct Debit link. Your place isn't held until your registration form and Direct Debit are complete.
What should my child wear?
For the first classes, anything comfy: leggings and a T-shirt are perfect, and bare feet are fine. Once your child has settled in, Miss Jenna supplies the JT Dance uniform. More on what to wear.
When are classes?
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, in term time only, following the local schools' term dates. See the full timetable.
Fees
Paying, missed classes and leaving
How do I pay?
Fees are paid by Direct Debit (GoCardless), and Miss Jenna will explain the options when you enquire. Children's ballet is £5.50 a class, tap £5 and adult ballet £6.50.
What if we miss a class?
Missed classes can't be refunded. If Miss Jenna has to cancel a class, it's taken off your next payment.
What if we want to stop?
Just let Miss Jenna know before the end of a half term. Fees aren't refunded part-way through a half term.
Exams
RAD ballet exams
Does my child have to take exams?
No, RAD exams are optional. JT Dance is an RAD Registered School, and a visiting examiner comes roughly every 12 to 18 months. JT Dance has a 100% pass rate. More about RAD ballet exams.

Is there parking?
Yes, there's free on-site parking at Cinnamon Brow Community Centre, Perth Close, Fearnhead. The 25 bus stops at Enfield Park Road, a 3-minute walk away. See how to find us.

Parents can wait inside the community centre during class.
